We are looking for an ambitious EIT or Staff Engineer to join our geotechnical and materials engineering team. If you’re a quick learner who wants a clear path toward professional licensure, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As an entry-level engineer, you will be the "eyes and ears" of our firm on-site and in the lab. You’ll gain hands-on experience by:

• Coordinating directly with superintendents and foremen to keep projects moving.
• Performing critical observations and sampling of soil, asphalt, and concrete.
• Assisting with geotechnical investigations and conducting specialized laboratory testing.
• Turning field data into professional reports that guide Southern California’s biggest developers and architects.

What You Bring to the Team

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• You’re not a PE yet but have the drive to become one (and we’ll help you get there!).
• Proficiency with MS Office; bonus points for AutoCAD or Bluebeam skills.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Sharp written and verbal skills with a knack for maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (you’ll be heading to sites across San Diego and beyond).
