The E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Aprés Nail's marketplace business, with day-to-day ownership of wholesale distributor order processing, shipment coordination across wholesale and Amazon FBA channels, and ongoing product listing maintenance. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position central to keeping marketplace operations running smoothly. 

Reporting to the E-Commerce Marketplace Manager, the Coordinator will manage recurring operational workflows with a high degree of independence, while taking on additional responsibilities as the business grows. 

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with strong data entry skills and the ability to manage their work independently.  

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Wholesale Order Processing (Primary Focus) 

• Process incoming Amazon wholesale distributor orders accurately and on time. 

• Enter and verify order details, SKUs, pricing, quantities, and shipping requirements in internal systems. 

• Communicate with distributors and internal teams to confirm order details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time fulfillment. 

• Maintain organized order records and documentation for easy reference and reporting. 

Shipment Coordination (Wholesale & Amazon FBA) 

• Create, prepare, and coordinate Amazon FBA shipments to ensure timely inbound delivery to fulfillment centers. 

• Coordinate wholesale shipments with the operations and warehouse teams, including scheduling pickups and confirming delivery details. 

• Generate shipping labels, packing lists, and required documentation for both FBA and wholesale shipments. 

• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and proactively follow up on delays or issues. 

• Help monitor inventory levels and flag potential stockouts or replenishment needs. 

Product Listing Maintenance 

• Update and edit product listings in Amazon Seller Central, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and attributes. 

• Ensure listing accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with marketplace requirements. 

• Assist with new product setup, variation management, and routine listing audits. 

• Support pricing updates, promotion setup, and merchandising changes as directed. 

Additional Responsibilities 

• Support the Marketplace team and broader e-commerce team with day-to-day operational tasks as needed. 

• Help pull basic reports related to orders, shipments, and listing performance. 

• Assist with stranded inventory, reimbursements, and other operational issues. 

• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as the role and business evolve. 

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, data entry, or a similar coordinator/administrative role (Amazon Seller Central experience is a strong plus). 

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay on top of recurring tasks with minimal supervision. 

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy. 

• Fast, accurate data entry skills. 

• Comfortable with Excel Sheets for tracking orders, shipments, and listing updates. 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. 

• Clear written and verbal communication skills. 

• Familiarity with Amazon FBA shipment creation or wholesale order processing is a plus, but not required — willingness to learn quickly is essential.
