Job Description

MasterMold is looking for a motivated and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our second shift team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with your hands, solving mechanical problems, and keeping equipment running efficiently, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role is critical to supporting production operations through preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, mold installations, and general fabrication work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Perform general maintenance and repair work throughout the facility
• Assist with mold installations and fabrication projects
• Safely operate tools and equipment such as welders, torches, saws, and drill presses
• Support predictive and preventative maintenance efforts
• Work with machining centers, presses, air compressors, and related equipment
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts as needed
• Perform basic building maintenance and repairs
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working at heights, including on top of presses
• Previous maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

🎓 Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 6 months of related experience preferred, but not required

💪 Physical & Work Environment:
This is a hands-on role that includes lifting, climbing, standing for extended periods, and working around moving mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
