Job Description

Performs a variety of administrative, warehouse, shipping, and inventory support duties to ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipment processing.
General Accountabilities
- Assists with daily tasks according to needs of the Operations Manager.
- Receives, inspects, and processes incoming shipments and materials.
- Prepares, packs, and ships outgoing orders according to company and customer specifications.
- Assists in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Performs quality control duties on specific items when required.
- Organizes and maintains a clean and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Occasionally coordinates with shipping carriers and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Composes limited correspondences and responds to customer inquiries regarding shipments.
- Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information.
Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree.Experience: 1–2 years of administrative, inventory management, quality control, warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred, but not required.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
