We are looking for a Hybrid Dental Assistant / Front Office Coordinator to join our team! Job Responsibilities & Duties
Responsibilities
Prepare operatories for treatment
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
Take dental x-rays and intraoral photos
Perform dental charting and coding
Provide patient education and post-operative instructions
Take impressions, pour models, and fabricate temporary crowns
Stock supplies and maintain equipment
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Schedule patient appointments efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and coverage
Validate treatment plans based on insurance benefits
Ensure secure handling of patient records and information
Qualifications
Previous dental assisting experience required (1+ year)
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
Proficiency in dental patient management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix
