Who You Are:
You are an empathetic and attentive caregiver with a passion for supporting children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs) in their homes. You embody Team 24’s Care & Compete Principles: We Care, Performance Matters, Improve Always, Own it with Courage, & Win Together!

The Role:
In this role, you will provide in-home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). You will follow individualized client care plans and provide periodic progress updates to the care team.

Services may include: personal care (bathing/showering & toileting assistance), meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping. *Services provided are non-medical*

What You Bring to the Table:

• AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF DISABILITY CAREGIVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Great communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to travel to different cities highly desired
• Two references – at least one reference must be able to confirm disability-related experience
• Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid Certification(s) – reimbursement available!
