Admissions Coordinator – Unhooked Recovery

Unhooked Recovery is seeking a compassionate and organized Admissions Coordinator to help guide clients and families through the admissions process for our behavioral health and substance abuse treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions and referrals for inpatient and outpatient programs
• Verify insurance/AHCCCS eligibility
• Schedule assessments and maintain accurate documentation in EHR
• Communicate with clinical teams, families, and referral sources
• Maintain HIPAA and 42 CFR confidentiality standards
• Provide excellent customer service and support during the admissions process

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients, families, and providers over the phone
• Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or healthcare preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Requirements:

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR/First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Negative TB test required
