Job Responsibilities:

To apply knowledge of music items and videos to buying, processing and selling such products,

continuously incorporating positive customer focused strategies.

Job Requirements:

·       Superior knowledge in buying, processing and selling music

·       Superior knowledge of music & video formats, grading standards, and collecting trends

·       Excellent communication and customer service skills with motivation to serve the public

·       Evaluate merchandise for purchase at the incoming counter

·       Explain and negotiate deals with customers

·       Ability to use reference materials

·       General knowledge of products sold at Bookmans

·       Knowledge of store sections and layout

·       Perform other duties as assigned by management

This position is full-time (minimum of 32 hours per week) and must have open availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and be able to work five shifts per week. Rate of Pay $15.45/per hour.
