Job Description

Overview

The Busser supports the dining room team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment. This role ensures tables are promptly cleared and reset while assisting servers to provide excellent guest service consistent with Saltgrass Steak House standards.
Responsibilities

 
  • Clear and clean tables quickly after guests depart
  • Reset tables with proper place settings (silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments)
  • Assist servers with delivering food, refilling beverages, and responding to guest needs
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, and service stations
  • Stock service areas with necessary supplies (ice, cups, utensils, napkins)
  • Remove trash and transport dishes to the dishwashing area
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Help create a positive dining experience through teamwork and attention to detail

Qualifications

 
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skill
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs during shift
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
