Review account details for a wide range of suppliers and customers and perform maintenance as needed to comply with best practices and business policy requirements. Reconcile vendor statements and assist in resolution of discrepancies. Communicate with business partners for required documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies. Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s or Associate’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles (debits/credits, general ledger, AP/AR cycles) Strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word. Basic knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.
