Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air systems and ancillary equipment. Perform preventive maintenance tasks and support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in industrial environments.
Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in or recently accepted into a technical, vocational, or community college program related to industrial maintenance, electromechanical technology, mechanical technology, or HVAC/industrial systems. You have a strong interest in hands-on mechanical work and are willing to work in industrial environments, with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Description
Program Overview
The Compressed Air Service Technician Co-Op Program provides hands-on, real-world experience for students pursuing careers in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, electromechanical technology, or HVAC-related trades. Participants work alongside experienced technicians to learn the fundamentals of compressed air systems, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and customer service in industrial environments.
This program is designed as a pipeline into full-time service technician roles upon successful completion.
