About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team at Sinatra Development Company (SDC). As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate and Rental and Leasing industry. You will work closely with our team of professionals to support various projects and initiatives. The major end result of this position is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and to equip you with the skills necessary to succeed in your future career endeavors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in Real Estate or a related field
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist with research and analysis of market trends and data
• Support the team in preparing presentations and reports
• Participate in meetings and take detailed notes
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
