Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Casa Grande, Arizona.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine role providing comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan
• Flexible four- or five-day work week supporting provider balance and scheduling flexibility
• High-autonomy clinical environment with strong support staff and manageable outpatient workload
• Mission-driven healthcare organization focused on compassionate, patient-centered care
• Arizona location offering warm climate, outdoor recreation, and convenient access between Phoenix and Tucson

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $220,000 plus productivity bonuses
• Student loan repayment assistance available
• Relocation assistance available

SCHEDULE
• Flexible four- or five-day work week
• No call responsibilities required
• Outpatient-only clinical setting

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services for patients of all ages
• Manage preventative care, chronic disease treatment, and acute visits
• Maintain continuity of care and individualized patient management plans
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with support staff within team-based outpatient setting
• Support mission-focused healthcare delivery and patient-centered care initiatives

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within supportive team environment REQUIRED
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
