Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician in Casa Grande, Arizona.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Pediatric role focused on comprehensive primary care for pediatric patients
• Structured weekday schedule supporting provider balance and consistency
• High-autonomy clinical environment with strong support staff and mission-driven patient care
• Opportunity to provide meaningful care within a diverse and growing patient population
• Arizona location positioned between Phoenix and Tucson offering warm climate and family-friendly living

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $220,000 plus productivity bonuses
• Student loan repayment assistance available
• Relocation assistance available

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM clinic hours
• Outpatient-only clinical setting

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric primary care services
• Manage preventative care, wellness visits, chronic conditions, and acute pediatric concerns
• Maintain continuity of care and individualized patient treatment planning
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with support staff within team-based outpatient environment
• Support mission-focused healthcare delivery and compassionate pediatric care

Requirements

• Board Certified Pediatrician REQUIRED
• Comfortable practicing outpatient pediatric medicine REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality pediatric care REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within supportive team environment REQUIRED
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
