Job Description

Under direct supervision, provides general administrative and clerical support to a department or group of professionals, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

  • Provide administrative support to assigned department or team
  • Order and maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is functioning properly
  • Assist with preparing presentations, including editing, formatting, and printing materials
  • Sort, prioritize, and distribute incoming correspondence; draft and send routine communications on behalf of leadership
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, typing, and maintaining organized records and logs
  • Assist with basic research and preparation of reports; compile and analyze routine data
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and messages; respond to general inquiries
  • Manage supervisor’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, and coordinating meeting logistics (e.g., food, materials, equipment); may take meeting minutes
  • Welcome and direct visitors to appropriate staff members in a professional manner


  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to one year administrative experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, electronic mail/calendar, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software.
  • Ability to use applicable MS Suite products
  • Knowledge of business processes and procedures
