You’ll contribute to sharpening product requirements, partnering with teams to prepare for go‑to‑market, and ensuring that what we deliver not only meets expectations but creates outstanding product experiences for our customers.
Location: Southfield, MI (Please note: relocation assistance is not available)
What’s in it for You:
Real Experience: Get hands-on experience working with Product Managers across the full product lifecycle—discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and measurement—while gaining exposure to the broader business, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product Development.
Gain Industry Expertise: Immerse yourself in fast-moving industries—information technology, ad-tech, advertising, and media—by working on real product challenges for world‑class brands. See firsthand how leaders like Meta, Amazon, Google, and Netflix use our data to shape product strategy, optimize customer experiences, and drive billion‑dollar business decisions.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with product leaders, engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to build relationships that can shape your future career.
Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience in gathering and documenting product requirements, organizing project tasks, interpreting customer feedback, and using tools such as Excel and AI platforms. You’ll also strengthen your abilities in teamwork, time management, and clear communication, while increasing your visibility into how products are developed, launched, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist Product Managers with market and customer research, synthesizing findings into clear insights and making recommendations for product improvements.
Support the requirement generation process by helping define and refine product requirements, based on stakeholder input and market research.
Participate in cross-functional meetings (e.g., with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and Sales), capture detailed notes, and track action items to keep initiatives on track.
Contribute to product documentation and collateral, such as feature overviews, internal FAQs, training materials, and client-facing slides.
Help analyze product usage and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential enhancements.
Assist with go-to-market activities, including drafting internal announcements, supporting enablement sessions, and organizing feedback from early adopters.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data/Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly explain complex ideas to different audiences.
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
You possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills—using data and structured thinking to inform decisions.
You’re curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and can build strong working relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word) is a must; experience with tools like Jira/Azure DevOps, or AI tools is a plus.
You have a personal and professional interest in product management or data analytics, especially in the automotive or mobility space.
Experience with social media, digital products, or user-focused platforms is a plus, reflecting your interest in how people interact with products.
