Key Responsibilities

• Assist with ad hoc Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) projects and reporting
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections activities
• Assist with daily cash application processes and reconciliation activities
• Support client billing functions and related financial documentation
• Assist with contract activation processes and tracking
• Provide ad hoc support for finance-related system integrations and process improvements
• Assist with position management clean-up activities in Workday to ensure alignment with budgeted headcount
• Compile, organize, and analyze financial data for leadership review
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, and other internal teams
• Perform additional administrative and finance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Savista is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The hourly range for this role is from $20.00/hr. However, specific compensation for the role will vary within the above range based on many factors including but not limited to geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
