KI is searching for a college student to participate in a paid, Human Resources summer internship at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. This is a full-time, on-site position with our Corporate Human Resources department and is anticipated to start in May, or early June, and last through the duration of the summer. 

This internship will provide an opportunity to work in and support many areas of the Corporate Human Resources department including employee onboarding, recruiting, employee engagement activities, data entry into our HR Information System and more!

Qualified students will be working towards their Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related major. They would also have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Pay rate will be determined based on experience (years completed towards degree program) and will range from $17.25 through $18.50.
