About the Position:

Provides professional, courteous, and confidential patient support, serving as a key point of contact for patients, their families, referring physicians, and third-party carriers regarding patient-related matters. Offers comprehensive secretarial support to clinical/radiology staff, ensuring efficient office operations through expert patient scheduling, appointment management, and the maintenance of confidential records. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, formatting documents, and maintaining accurate pre-service information for scheduled patients, all while contributing collaboratively to a positive team environment. 

What we are looking for:

Minimum:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer training highly desirable. 
• Proficient computer skills strongly preferred.
