Job Description

Campbell Line Worker Night Shift  – Kenny's Candy & Confections

Hours: 10:50pm - 7:00am (Monday - Friday)

Compensation:

  • All in hourly compensation: $23.11/hr
    • Base Pay: $19.90/hr
    • Sign on Bonus: $1.22/hr worked
    • 10% Shift Differential for Night Shift: $1.99/hr
  • Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.5 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2024 which equated to an extra $6.10/hr or $12,688 annually for employees)

What We Are Looking For

We’re now hiring a Night Shift Campbell Line Worker to support the operation of the production lines, specifically Campbell line at Kenny’s Candy and Confections.  If you have a passion for manufacturing quality product, this position might be for you and you may have just stumbled upon the perfect role!


Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for all of the same tasks as a General Line Worker.
  • Weighing all, in speck product, to the correct weight, ensuring the piles are neat and not over or under weight.
  • Placing the piles of weighed product onto the horizontal bagger in the proper place ensuring no product is too high or in the seams. Each pile must be treated as an individual and placed with care.
  • Inspecting each bagged product to ensure it is in spec, prior to Boxing the product according to customer requirements. All out of spec product will be set aside as a Rebag.
  • Packing an array of boxes.
  • Empty Trash & Breakdown cardboard boxes
  • General Cleaning of work area, Assist with rework
  • Performing all other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Self-motivation
  • Experience or training up to 1 month or more
  • Good hand – eye coordination
  • General mathematical ability
  • Learning, memorizing, and executing a sequence of procedures
  • Willing and able to get along with others
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, continuous standing and walking
  • Must be able to run to packaging standards as set by management
