Join Our Team: Billing Specialist and Supply Coordinator

Salary Range: $19.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Schedule: 40 hours Monday – Friday (In Person)

Who We're Seeking: We’re seeking a reliable and detail-focused professional who takes satisfaction in keeping operations accurate and on track. In this role, you’ll handle time and travel processing, verify billing data, and coordinate medical supply orders that directly support patient care. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining precision. Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:

  • Review employee time, travel, and service data in Netsmart prior to the payroll team running payroll. 
  • Verify patient and service information daily to ensure complete and compliant records.
  • Coordinate and process medical supply orders to ensure timely next-day delivery to patients.
  • Monitor, track, and maintain supply inventory, assisting with efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with billing, finance, and clinical teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow accuracy.

 Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.  Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience with healthcare billing and medical supply management preferred.
  • Ability to successfully pass motor vehicle, criminal record, adult and child abuse, and Office of Inspector General background checks.
