Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Corporate Development Intern to support strategic growth initiatives, financial analysis, and business operations projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, market research, and cross-functional business initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to develop experience in corporate finance, strategy, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking
• Support financial modeling, data analysis, and business case development
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings
• Conduct research on potential partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic opportunities
• Analyze operational and financial performance data to identify trends and insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, HR, and other internal teams
• Maintain and organize project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or project experience in finance, consulting, strategy, or business operations
• Experience with financial modeling or data visualization tools
• Interest in corporate strategy, M&A, and business growth initiatives

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$13.50 hourly(minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$18.00 hourly
