Lawn Mowing Crew Member
JT Lawn Services is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our lawn mowing team for the upcoming season. We are currently hiring for seasonal full-time and part-time positions.

We are looking for team members who are professional, hard-working, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a positive image of the company while on job sites and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing services
• Maintain the appearance of commercial properties to company standards
• Operate and care for lawn care equipment safely and responsibly
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance and upkeep
• Work efficiently as part of a team in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to interact with clients respectfully and professionally
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Previous lawn care experience is appreciated, but not required
• On-the-job training provided

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay: $22.00 per hour
• Seasonal full-time and part-time opportunities available
