Position Summary:

The Quality Control / Shipping Associate is responsible for performing inspections on incoming materials and finished products while supporting shipping operations and maintaining accurate system records. This role requires strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections on incoming supplier deliveries, picked parts, and finished assembled products
• Follow established inspection procedures accurately and consistently
• Participate in cross-training to support coverage across multiple inspection areas
• Support implementation of new quality processes, tools, and initiatives
• Apply shipping labels and prepare cartons for shipment
• Communicate with customers via email regarding shipping updates and inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and data entry within ERP or tracking systems
• Assist with shipping and quality-related tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/data entry systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
• Previous quality control, inspection, shipping, or warehouse experience is a plus
