Nxt Property Management is seeking a dependable and skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support Lehi Tech Apartments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain the overall condition and appearance of both communities:

• Complete daily maintenance tasks, including general repairs and light groundskeeping
• Respond to service requests in occupied apartments in a timely manner
• Prepare vacant units (make-readies/turns) for new residents
• Maintain buildings, amenities, and common areas across both properties
• Work closely with leasing and maintenance teams to support operations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members

Pay & Benefits

• $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience

• What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1+ year of apartment maintenance or related experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic computer knowledge
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Preferred (Training Available):

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
• Groundskeeping or landscaping knowledge
