About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and sharp Copywriter Intern to join the Toters Lebanon marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, digital communication, campaign ideation, and writing content that feels fresh, relevant, and engaging across multiple touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams on in-app communication, campaigns, push notifications, social media concepts, and brand messaging.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear, engaging, and creative copy in both Arabic and English
• Develop copy for:
  • In-app communication
  • Campaign messaging
  • Push notifications
  • Social media content
  • Banners and digital ads
  • CRM and promotional communication

Editing & Proofreading: Review, edit, and polish drafts to ensure zero errors and adherence to brand tone.

• Brainstorm campaign concepts with the creative team
• Adapt tone of voice based on campaign objectives and audience
• Support seasonal campaigns, activations, and launches
• Ensure copy aligns with Toters brand tone and communication style
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to bring campaigns to life

Requirements

• Education :Pursuing or finished  a degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong writing, research, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

• 0 –2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, marketing, or related fields
• Strong creative writing and storytelling skills
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English
• Sharp thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas quickly
• Understanding of digital communication and social trends
• Ability to write short-form, catchy, and conversion-driven copy
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience working on lifestyle, food delivery, e-commerce, or tech brands
• Knowledge of Lebanese and regional trends/culture
• Experience writing for apps or CRM communication
• Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and creative ideation tools
