Pay: $18.61-$20.29
The Clinic Secretary primary purpose is to facilitate the maintenance of the participant’s/resident’s medical record, transcribes orders, set up appointments and transportation, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. Prioritizes, organizes and coordinates activities to facilitate smooth, efficient operations. Manages and performs clerical and non-nursing administrative tasks for the department. Serves as the receptionist/communicator for the department. Manage inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment for the department.
