As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This position demands excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Maintain accurate guest records and handle reservation bookings.
Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
Process payments and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computer systems and hotel management software.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
