Our ideal candidate is an early-career, hands-on worker with some mechanical or shop experience who’s hungry to learn and grow into a leadership role like Shop Foreman. They're coachable, gritty, and takes real ownership of their work—paying attention to details others miss. Outside of work, they enjoy things like hunting, fishing, working on vehicles, and spending time with family. They are motivated by growth, learning, and the opportunity to move up—not just a paycheck. They want to feel valued, not like “just a wrench turner,” and is looking for a company that invests in them, develops their skills, and gives them a clear path forward.

We’re looking for a Shop Apprentice who’s ready to learn, grow, and build a real career—not just turn wrenches. You don’t need to know everything—we’re looking for someone coachable, driven, and willing to put in the work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Supporting the team to make sure crews stay up and running
• Learning hands-on skills that will set you up for advancement

What we’re looking for:

• Some mechanical or shop experience (or strong willingness to learn)
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t cut corners
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Shows up ready to work and improve every day
