Job Description

CWWC is a leading manufacturer of high-quality cabinets. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are looking for a dedicated Finishing Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.

Job Description: As a Finishing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the final stages of cabinet production. Your primary duties will include sanding, staining, and applying finishes to cabinets to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sanding and preparing surfaces for finishing
  • Applying stains, varnishes, and other finishes
  • Lifting/manipulating materials for coating and storage purposes up to 50lbs individually, and team lifting anything of higher weight
  • Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency
  • Assisting with the maintenance and organization of the finishing area
  • Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques

Working Conditions/Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required
