As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for staff and management.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, mail, and packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in a front office or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office and scheduling tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
