Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team and serve as the first point of contact for our valued guests. This essential role involves welcoming guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and special requests via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs.
Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
