Location: Oklahoma City, Ok  (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their marketing career to develop their skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior marketing staff to assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Support the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
