Qualifications
You have graduated from a nationally accredited licensed practical nursing program and possess an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana or an NLC LPN license. You are also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the AHA.

Position Details
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekends: Every 3rd weekend
Holidays: Holidays on rotation

Knows and uses the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to individual patients. Collaborates with other members of the healthcare team.
