The Role

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Picker to join our shipping team. You will be the final hands on our products before they reach the customer, ensuring every order is selected accurately and prepared with care. This is a fast-paced role that blends physical stamina with technical precision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Precision Picking: Accurately select and scan products using handheld technology according to system-generated pick lists.

• Inventory Integrity: Place products into designated storage locations and ensure inventory levels are tracked accurately within our system.

• Operational Support: Assist with organizing packaging materials and supporting other warehouse departments to ensure daily shipping deadlines are met.

• Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all safety and quality operating procedures.

Technical & Problem-Solving Functions

Unlike traditional warehouse roles, our Pickers are empowered to manage their stations effectively:

• Workflow Management: Use logical thinking to prioritize urgent orders and track order status alerts.

• Professional Communication: Respond to internal business partners with a strong customer service ethic; escalate inventory or system issues as they arise.

• Documentation: Utilize basic Excel and Microsoft 365 to track departmental metrics and status updates.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven ability to assemble orders, solve logistical problems, and work in a high-volume warehouse environment.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using handheld scanners and mid-level experience with Microsoft Office 365/Excel.

• Mindset: A positive professional demeanor with the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.

• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional focus on accuracy—every patch and emblem counts!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift in a warehouse environment (varying temperatures and noise levels).
