About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Mail & Document Processing Coordinator to support daily operations by managing incoming mail and digital document workflows. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely processing of documents and effective internal communication.

This is a fully in-person role based in the Financial District in Manhattan. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site daily in a structured, process-driven environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and able to work independently in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail for scanning and processing
  • Scan and upload documents, ensuring proper naming conventions and formatting
  • Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of scanned documents
  • Review automated uploads to ensure documents are assigned to the correct profiles
  • Update records in CRM by attaching documents, adding notes, and creating tasks for team members

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative support, mail handling, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with repetitive tasks
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email and data entry systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a consistent workflow
  • Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems or document management tools
  • Previous experience in high-volume administrative or processing environments
