Job Description

Summary

Responsible for the timely and accurate setup of new mortgage loans into our Servicing system from Loan Origination applications or datafiles such as, Encompass or FNMA 3.2

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Retrieve manual loans from SFTP site and board to MSP.
  • Ensure all loan related escrow and loan closing checks are received timely from clients.
  • Timely audit of required data fields to ensure accurate input into the system.
  • Accurate entry of HMDA and ARM related data elements.
  • Minimize customer impacts by ensuring accurate and timely setup of new loan files
  • If identified, communicate potential process improvements or procedure updates to team management.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships by always providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Promotes honest and open communication throughout TruHome Solutions.
  • Work with other TruHome departments to ensure the workflow or process is providing the best service to the members.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Data entry experience
  • Familiarity with mortgage software applications.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet software
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a demanding environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to self-initiate and work independently without close supervision.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to be bonded.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience mortgage or data entry.
