Corgan is actively recruiting a Junior Content Creator to join the firm as part of our MediaLab team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about storytelling through video, photography, and digital media, and eager to learn within a highly collaborative creative environment. 

You will work closely with experienced creatives, supporting a wide range of projects while developing your technical skills, creative instincts, and understanding of professional production workflows. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:  

  • Support MediaLab team members in the creation of visual content across architectural, commercial, and experiential projects  
  • Assist with video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, audio, and general on-set support  
  • Contribute to editing projects, including assembling rough cuts, organizing footage, and preparing assets  
  • Ingest, catalog, and organize media, ensuring files are properly labeled and stored  
  • Assist in preparing equipment for shoots and maintaining studio spaces  
  • Learn and apply best practices in filming, editing, and storytelling under the guidance of senior team members  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and contribute to creative solutions  
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to support storytelling and visual direction  
  • Observe and assist in conducting interviews, learning how to capture strong narrative moments  
  • Support live or recorded productions as needed, including setup and basic monitoring of equipment  
  • Help prepare final deliverables by exporting, formatting, and organizing content for delivery  
  • Stay curious and engaged with emerging tools, techniques, and trends in digital media 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in video production, editing, or related creative fields (internships and freelance work welcome) 
  • Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) 
  • Foundational understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio principles 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced team environment 
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support team priorities 
  • Interest in storytelling, filmmaking, and visual communication
