About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first voice our customers hear and a key part of creating an outstanding customer experience. This role is equal parts sales and service—listening carefully, booking appointments, and ensuring our technicians are set up for success.

Your effectiveness on the phone directly impacts daily performance and profitability, making you an essential part of the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls and online inquiries quickly and professionally

  • Gather customer information and enter it into our system

  • Update jobs with notes, photos, and documents as needed

  • Dispatch technicians and manage the daily route schedule

  • Respond to online leads within 5 minutes or less

  • Conduct quality follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Make outbound calls to previous customers for maintenance cleanings

  • Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and clerical abilities

  • Comfort with computer systems and scheduling tools

  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure

  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude

  • Reliability and flexibility (Saturday availability required)

Additionally, upon completion of any project we provide you with all the photos and documentation you need to ensure your property is properly dried out.
