Job Description
The Department of Bioengineering is seeking a Post Doctoral Associate to conduct research with a focus on the biomechanical function of the knee using cadaveric specimens for two states: native and knees implanted with total knee replacement components.
The main responsibilities will include: project management, coordinating with collaborators, and performing experiments that measure joint kinematics, tissue deformation, and contact pressures. The incumbent will be responsible for data analysis, writing progress reports, and manuscripts. The incumbent will also be expected to help train students and complete other assignments that the principal investigator may request.
