Requirements - Warehouse Technician / Machine Operator:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Applicants must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills - Warehouse Technician / Machine Operator:

• Experience in manufacturing or willing to train
• Experience operating machinery
• Skill using and maintaining metalworking tools (e.g. drill press, chop saw, subcompact band saw)
• Experience with forklift operation
• Experience with inventory management

What You'll Do - Warehouse Technician / Machine Operator:

• Operate machinery and fabricate lightning protection components.
• Product assembly.
• Monitoring inventory of raw materials.
• Minimizing waste.
• Driving to pick up and deliver materials.
• Keeping accurate production records.
• Performing routine maintenance/cleaning of machinery and production areas
• Developing and sustaining a lean manufacturing environment (e.g. point of use storage, 5s/organized workplace), and packing/shipping/receiving goods.
