No extensive experience? No problem—we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and great attitude.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with inspection, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, etc.)
• Help troubleshoot leaks and perform service repairs
• Support lead technicians on job sites and service calls
• Safely handle tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21+ years old (required for driving company vehicles)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and reliability—show up ready to work
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable with heights and physical labor
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
