We are proud and excited to offer summer internships for 2026 across several of our different office locations and are currently seeking a AI Intern to join our team in Seattle.

Our B.L.U.E. (Build, Learn, Understand, Enrich) Summer Internship Program is purposefully designed to inspire your imagination and help you guide your career with purpose. You’ll be an integral part of McKinstry with hands-on experience, mentorship and a healthy dose of fun. What we look for in our AI Interns:
What are our AI Interns responsible for:
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
Support cross-functional projects by coordinating with teams across operations, finance, and technology.
Gather, organize, and analyze data to inform business decisions and track performance metrics.
Assist in implementing new tools and systems to enhance operational effectiveness
Document processes, create reports, and present insights to support ongoing business initiatives.

The hourly rate for this role is $24/hr
