We are looking for a Summer Shop Helper team member who is dependable, hardworking, and eager to support our warehouse and operations teams throughout the busy season. 

This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while learning the day-to-day operations of a growing home services company. Our Summer Shop Helper team members play an important role in keeping our warehouse, trucks, and facilities organized and running efficiently to help us deliver a 5-star customer experience. 

Job Responsibilities

• Putting away daily deliveries and organizing incoming materials in the warehouse 
• Assisting with stocking and preparing service and install trucks for daily operations 
• Supporting general warehouse, shop, and lot maintenance to maintain a clean and safe work environment 
• Running orders, parts, and materials to technicians or job sites as needed 
• Assisting team members with day-to-day operational tasks and seasonal projects 
• Supporting additional ad hoc duties and projects as assigned 

Pay

• Pay: $31,200–$35,360/annually based on experience 
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 
• Weekly Pay Checks

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when needed 
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 20 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
