Job Description
The Kitchen Steward supports the daily operations of the culinary department at Caesars Republic and Harrah’s Lake Tahoe by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across all kitchen and food service areas. This role is responsible for dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment and workspaces, proper waste disposal, and assisting with basic kitchen setup and breakdown. The Kitchen Steward plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with health regulations while supporting chefs and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
