Orthopedic Technician
Location: Londonderry, NH
Company: Concord Orthopaedics (a division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance)
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturday mornings
Starting Pay: From $23.00/hour (commensurate with experience, certification, and licensure)

We are currently seeking an Orthopedic Technician to support our clinical operations and enhance the patient experience. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with physicians, assist with orthopedic procedures, and provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced medical environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with procedures and patient examinations

  • Conduct patient intake, including rooming, medical history, and vital signs

  • Apply and remove casts, splints, and other orthopedic devices

  • Perform dressing changes and prepare injections as directed

  • Support efficient patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment

  • Deliver compassionate and professional care during all patient interactions

  • Complete other office or clinical duties as assigned by the supervisor


Qualifications:

  • Casting experience required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ year of medical office experience preferred

  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
