Orthopedic Technician
Location: Londonderry, NH
Company: Concord Orthopaedics (a division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance)
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturday mornings
Starting Pay: From $23.00/hour (commensurate with experience, certification, and licensure)

We are currently seeking an Orthopedic Technician to support our clinical operations and enhance the patient experience. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with physicians, assist with orthopedic procedures, and provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced medical environment.
Assist physicians with procedures and patient examinations
Conduct patient intake, including rooming, medical history, and vital signs
Apply and remove casts, splints, and other orthopedic devices
Perform dressing changes and prepare injections as directed
Support efficient patient flow by coordinating with clinical staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
Deliver compassionate and professional care during all patient interactions
Complete other office or clinical duties as assigned by the supervisor
Casting experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of medical office experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting
