Job Description Summary

The Finance College Co-op is responsible for supporting the finance department with various accounting activities as needed. Position will assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting responsibilities.

Job Description:

  • Scrap Daily Reporting & Sales Daily Reporting
  • Credit Card Process & Petty Cash Process
  • Assist with indirect receiving
  • Indirect Cycle Counting daily tracking
  • Month End close (manual journal entries, reconciliation, and analysis)
  • SOX Testing (Self Assessments)
  • Special Projects
  • All other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field fulltime, with a graduation date of May 2027 or later
  • Available to work a minimum of 25 hours each week, year-round.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Must be available to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship
