Nissha Medical Technologies – New Richmond is home to the Isometric Micro Molding Center of Excellence, where highly skilled teams take pride in solving some of the most challenging manufacturing problems in medical technology. What You Will Do

Tooling Support & Learning – 65%

  • Assist all departments within operations in mold assembly / disassembly, machining, EDM and polishing.
  • Learn to read and interpret CAD models, blueprints, and technical drawings. 
  • Perform basic tasks under supervision. 
  • Assist in cleaning, organizing, and staging tooling components. 
  • Develop understanding of mold components, functions, and build processes. 

Collaboration With Manufacturing Teams – 10%

  • Assist in transporting materials and components between departments. 
  • Observe and learn mold manufacturing processes, material behavior, and production workflows. 
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on tasks. 

Efficiency & Documentation – 10%

  • Complete assigned tasks within expected timelines. 
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed as directed. 
  • Follow standardized processes and work instructions closely

Our facility contains information and materials subject to the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result, certain roles may require verification defined by ITAR regulations. 

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $20-$22/hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
