Production Specialist

We are currently looking for a Production Specialist to join our innovative and fast-growing Golden Openings Team- a division of Front Row. In this position, you will closely collaborate with our Sales and Fulfillment Divisions to ensure that the operations process is executed with excellence. You will manage the order production process, from order receipt and product selection to customization. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute the production process, making sure that all orders contain the correct products, are customized to order specifications and meet quality standards. 
• Use customization software, including Roland VG3-540 and F1 Ultra Xtool, to perform vinyl printing, cutting, and engraving using customization machinery.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to prioritize orders by urgency and shipping deadlines, ensuring high-priority orders are pulled and customized promptly. 
• Monitor inventory of product customization materials ensuring adequate stock levels. 
• Personalize products according to customer specifications using various customization techniques. 
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to confirm completed projects undergo quality control checks before moving to order fulfillment.
• After final quality control checks are completed, partner with fulfillment to ensure accurate and timely shipping of orders. 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the production process. Participate in training sessions to stay current with new software, processes and technologies. 
• Maintain high-level communication with the sales and fulfillment teams to deliver Best-in-Class customer service. 
• Assist with resolving any production-related order issues or customer concerns in a timely manner. 
• Assist with basic graphic design proofing using Adobe Illustrator.
• All other duties as assigned by Supervisor(s). 

QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Diploma/GED required, and operations, production, or material handling experience preferred. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to multitask and meet time sensitive deadlines. 
• Excellent attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, exhibiting a strong sense of teamwork. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on best-in-class customer service and building retail and vendor relationships. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
• Ability to meet all duties and responsibilities listed with or without reasonable accommodation. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS 

• Visual Demands – Reading documents and reports, computer screens, orders. Frequent use of a computer keyboard and mouse. 
• Lifting & Carrying – Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull product, boxes, and equipment up to 50 lbs.; occasional heavier lifting with assistance. 
• Bending, Kneeling & Stooping – Regularly bend, kneel, crouch, or stoop to access products and merchandise shelves. 
• Reaching, Handling & Climbing – Frequent reaching above shoulder level, grasping, and handling tools or merchandise. May need to climb ladders/step stools. 
• Equipment Maintenance – Ability to operate basic tools and shipping equipment. Cleaning and maintaining tools.
• Warehouse Exposure – Working in storage areas with potential exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. May be exposed to hot or cold temperatures when working near doors, outdoor areas. 
• Safety Hazards – Adherence to environmental and safety regulations, exposure to various painting and cleaning chemicals (with proper safety precautions).
