Role Facts:

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain thermoforming and compression machinery, drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
Material Precision: Perform material quality checks to ensure proper width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Pay Rate: $38,000-$46,000
